Petals overlap to look double. Slow but free flowering. Berkswell Dainty (M.Harris. (2002) If you like a compact, small-leaved, multi-blooming plant, this could be for you. Reddy/pink flower on a compact plant. Seems to flower over a long period with very little petal drop. Dark leaf from its seed parent `The Culm`. Berkswell Beacon (M.Harris(new 2007) Large clean looking white flower with maroon markings. Top petals have medium sized blotch and the bottom petals have maroon veins into the throat. Lavender base colour to the petals overlaid with burgundy on the top petals and the same colour veins on the bottom petals Berkswell Harmony (M.Harris 2010) A cracking looking plant with small/medium size leaves. A deep royal maroon top petals and pink veined bottom petals. All lead in a white throat. A real eye catcher that will gain many friends £3.50 Berkswell Jester (M Harris new 2006) A great visual plant. Maroon and white petals all mixed up and all petals deeply cut. The leaves also have the same treatment. Has Michael in its parentage. A most unusual flower head that collectively can look stunning Berkswell Lace ((M.Harris (2003) This will be a winner! A white flower with lace-like markings, unique in the Angel class. Makes a good-looking medium size plant that propagates well and benefits from a little warmth in the winter months. Enjoy the challenge. Berkswell Nocturne (M. Harris (new 2007) Good shiny green leaf. Dark rich ruby red flowers gives an all round super dark plant,with flowers offset by the lighter shiny leaf. Stands out in a crowd Berkswell Petticote (M.Harris (new 2007) Small leaf on a pretty plant. Pinky flower, top petals slightly darker pink with a lighter pink edge. Bottom petals have a small blotch. Good overall pink effect Berkswell Pixie (M.Harris( 2004) Upper petals ruffled, deep red with wide pink margin. Lower petals pinky/white with red spots. An improvement on The Tamar which is the seed parent. Compact habit Berkswell Rosette (M.Harris new 2006) Good looking plant with fairly dark maroon top petals with a slight white edge. It is the bottom petals that catch the eye being slightly larger than most and as such overlap each other giving the appearance of a double flower Berkswell Sparkler (M.Harris ( 2005) Top petals maroon with a white stripe down the side of each petal into the throat. Bottom petals white with a soft pinky blotch on the top of the petals and light veins into the throat. Flower heads loose above the medium green leaves, leaves deeply cut. Has The Mole in its parentage, strong grower Berkswell Urchin (M. Harris new 2009/10) A dinky little urchin this one. Small flowers on a compact plant. Maroon top petals with a light edge. Lower three petals overlap into the centre of the flower to produce a cheeky look. Small medium green lead. Great fun. Berkswell Windmill (M.Harris ( 2005) Looked good at all the major shows, can make a super plant. Top petals deep reddy/maroon, slight white edge. Bottom petals narrow with a reddy/maroon blotch on a white base, petals go out in a windmill shape. Has Gabriel in its parentage Black Knight Very dark purple/black flower with a slight lavender edge. Good looker. Makes a large plant. Boquet Centre(j.Kapac) White flower with a wine blotch on top petals. Deep cut leaf. Briarlyn Beauty (A. Henderson 1991) The white flowers age to pale pink. Manx Maid* Large mauve flowers with darker markings. Strong growing plant. Michael (J.Kapac) Super looking plant with bright flowers of burgundy wine-red,surrounded by a wide white band. Oldbury Duet (Oldbury Nurseries) Variegated form of Tip-top Duet. An excellent leaf on a first class plant. Flower as Tip-top. Pampered Lady (L.Hodgkiss) Dark maroon flower with a small picotee edge to the top petals; similar colour on the bottom petals with a strong white edge. Lax habit; would suit hanging basket.Who is the pampered lady? A gentleman never tells! Poetesse (Poet 1989) Dark maroon top petals with a light edge; lower petals flecked with purple going into a white throat. Pretty plant. Quantock Beauty (K. Dymond '96) Already a show winner, this short-jointed plant has a strawberry pink blotch on the off-white petals. Makes a good show plant and will win many prizes. Has Briarlyn Beauty in its parentage. Typical Angel leaf. Quantock Blonde (K.Dymond. (2001) Strong plant with good-looking pink flowers. Dark pink blotch on top petals with paler edge. Lilac/pink flowers with good open appearance.Deep red blotch on the top petals; bottom petals continue the colour but are free of marks. Quantock May (K Dymond '99) Soft pink frilly flower. Bottom petals white with a hint of pink. Good basket plant. Quantock Medoc (K.Dymond.( 2001) Top petals dark maroon with very slight white edge. Bottom petals have silk-like sheen on a very pale pink petal. Strong grower that can look stunning. Quantock Millenium (K.Dymond) Large flowers with a large maroon blotch on the top petals and a clean off-white edge. Bottom petals clear of marks with a hint of soft lilac. The soft scent of the leaf adds to the charm of this strong-growing plant Quantock Rose (K. Dymond) Rose pink flower with heart-shaped maroon blotch and feathers. Has Mrs. G.H. Smith in its parentage, so has slight scented leaf. In 1996 collected two awards -B.E.G.S. Certificate for New Cultivar and B.P.G.S.Certificate for New Seedling. Quantock Sapphire (K. Dymond) A pretty flower with a dark maroon blotch on the top petals, fading out to pale pink. Bottom petals are pale pink with a white throat. As the flower ages it takes on a hint of sapphire and the edges curl back. B.E.G.S.New Cultivar Award '96. Bottom petals almost white with the same markings. Raphael (J.Kapac. New 2002) Basket type plant, lax habit, nice white with a pinky hint. Maroon blotch with maroon feather on lower petals. Fairly large plant that makes a good second year specimen. Raspberry Ripple (Henderson) Prolific little fiowerer. Dark pink/purple upper petals; bottom petals almost white with a hint of purple veins. Rhian Harris (M.Harris( 2003) Reddy maroon top petals with a light edge. Bottom petal deep pink with large maroon blotch. Fairly compact plant with dark green leaf. The problem is the plant doesn`t know when to stop flowering. Ricky Cheerful (T.Cakebread new 2006) Unusual dusky maroon top petals leading into a white throat but it is the bottom petals that have strong maroon lines leading into a white throat. A good addition to the Teddy Cakebread Collectio. Ricky Promise (E.Cakebread) Pale lilac flower with small maroon blotch on the top petals; white throat; bottom petals clear. A Rita Scheen/Raspberry Ripple cross with a small medium light green leaf. Spanish Angel* (F. Brawner 1985) Upper petals almost black with a picotee edge. Lilac lower petals with dark purple feathering. (AGM '94) Starlight Magic Red/maroon upper petals with a light edge; pinky/white lower petals with veins. Excellent show variety. Seedling from Capt. Dark medium size leaf on a compact plant. Obtained 1 st at B.E.G.S. '93 National for New Cultivar. The Dart (H. Selley 1994) Medium size flower of pale pink. Top petals have a maroon blotch on the pink base; bottom petals are light pinky white with no markings. Medium size leaf with a slight scent. The Heddon (H Selley '99) Plant of soft pink flowers; pale edge to petals. Bottom petals clear of marks. The Kenn-Lad (H. Selley) New flowers have white base.Top petals have maroon blotch fading out. Bottom petals have light pink short veins. As flower ages, whit, base turns more pink and blotch can take on a plum colour. The Lowman (H. Selley '96) Pixie type flower on a medium size plant. Good reddy/mauve top petals leading into pink throat. Lower petals plain pink with occasional spots. Typical Angel leaf on a plant that is different enough to make people look twice. The Lyn (H. Selley 1993) Small rounded flowers of very pale pink with dark pink on the upper petals with reddy/pink flowers. Typical Angel type. The Mole (H. Selley 1994) A good-looking plant that will look good on a show bench. Pinch out to get a good plant of claret and light purple. Top two petals claret, going light mauve into the throat; bottom three petals are light mauve with slight veins going into a white throat. Slightly scented leaf. The Okement (H. Selley '96) Medium size plant with attractive lilac flowers. Top petals have a dark red/purple blotch with feathers going into the throat. The pretty bottom petals are soft lilac with dark veins on all petals. Slight frilly edge adds to the charm. 1 st at B.E.G.S. The Otter (H Selley) Top petals deep maroon, fading out to a lighter edge. Bottom petals light mauve, few dark veins, very small leaf. A good-looking plant to add to the Selley collection. The Tamar (H. Selley) Nice rounded blooms of light pink which darken with age. Top petals have a maroon blotch fading out to pink; bottom petals have light pink into a white throat; medium size leaf. Already a Show winner. The Tone (H. Selley 1993) This makes a lovely plant with medium sized leaves. Dark maroon upper petals with pale mauve lower petals. Good-looking plant. (AGM '94) Tinkerbell White flower with maroon marks on top two petals, marks are feathered into throat. Medium size leaf. Species cross. (Hansens). Tip-Top Duet (Taylor) Strong grower. Upper petals deep maroon; lower petals mauve. Nice plant with large flowers. One of the best! (AGM '94) Velvet Duet (Taylor)) lum purple with light shading at the base. Lovely dark leaf. Vincent Gerris White throat leading out to soft pink; purple blotch on upper petals. Wattisham A lovely shade of light purple/pink, making a nice colour break, resulting in a nice-looking plant.
