Terms and Conditions


Plants: Rooted cuttings are despatched in postal packs.

Carriage: Plants are sent out by first class letter post.

Orders: Orders are taken in rotation and, if necessary, substitutes will be includes unless you state otherwise. Regals are not normally sent out until October.

Acknowledgement: SAE must be sent if acknowledgement is required.

Payment: Strictly with order. Cheques made payable to Derek Lloyd Dean

Trade Orders: I do not supply the commercial trade.

Export: Order to EEC countries are send out in the normal way. Non-EEC countries will be dealt with individually and priced accordingly. All Import Licences and Health Certificates must be obtained.

Complaints: Let me know if you have had any problems with the plants during transit. I will do my best to rectify any problems and will replace any plants damaged, free of charge. Please let me known within 14 days of reciept of order; after 14 days the plants are your responsibility. The placing of an order constitutes the acceptance of my terms of business and sale. This list cancels previous lists.

Despatch dates

Regal: October through to April 30
Angel: Late September to April 30
Ivy: Late September to April 30
Scented: Late September to April 30
Plants will not be despatched during December and January.

Orders will be accepted on this catalouge until 30 April but Regal orders must be received before 30 March.

Pelargoniums need protections from the frost

A.G.M. WISLEY AWARDS - The Award of Garden Merit (A.G.M.) is for plants requiring heated glass (H 1) and plants hardy outside in certain areas but needing frost protection in Winter (H3).
